One of our key initiatives is GlobeTactix, an interactive educational app that brings learning to life. Designed to challenge and expand knowledge across critical topics like government systems, world capitals, international relations, and economics, the app offers a fun and engaging way to explore the world. With dynamic quizzes, real-world case studies, and scenario-based challenges, GlobeTactix transforms learning into an immersive experience. Regular updates ensure that content stays relevant and accurate, making it a valuable resource for students, professionals, and curious minds alike.

We also provide a platform for students to share their perspectives through our blog. Open to contributions from anyone, this space allows individuals to submit articles on topics related to public policy, global issues, and education. By fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment, we aim to amplify diverse voices and spark meaningful discussions that inspire change and understanding.

At Shared Borders, we believe in the power of advocacy to create systemic change. In June 2024, we organized a phone banking event to support Illinois bill HB4895, which seeks to introduce climate change education in public high schools starting in the 2025-2026 school year. This initiative aims to equip students with the tools to understand and address environmental challenges. Advocacy remains a cornerstone of our mission, as we continue to support educational initiatives that empower young minds.

Our top priority is launching GlobeTactix into full release, making it accessible to students and educators worldwide. By refining features and gathering user feedback during testing, we aim to deliver an engaging, impactful learning experience. Alongside the app’s launch, we’ll continue growing our blog and advocating for meaningful education reforms, empowering more young people to explore and shape global issues.
